Property building in Krabi Tipa Resort
The hotel is located off the main street in Ao Nang but away enough to get you out of the noise. Pay extra for the ocean view rooms - they are stunning. Housekeeping in the room is poor - not sure if this is a cost saving measure or staff awareness but had to ask for the coffee and tea to be replenished and the attention to detail wasn't great but it is clean and gets serviced daily. We would stay again but only in the ocean view rooms. The location for trips is perfect and it is a very well known hotel. The restaurants locally are all really good and the swim up pool bar with that view are great after a long day. Big thank you to the buggy cart drivers - the hill is a killer so this buggy is a must and they always came when called.

Our executive ocean room was waiting for us clean. The bed was very comfortable, as well as the resting bed on the balcony, which we used a lot to enjoy the awe-inspiring views. Staff is young, friendly, always smiling, we got a great vibe from them. They were accomodating and helpful. We liked the spacious shower cabin, good sized mini fridge, powerful AC unit. Position of the hotel is perfect. 7/11 100m from it, beach 400m from it, everything was so easy and convenient here. Combine that with one of the most spectacular view you can get from a balcony room, and you have Tipa.

Great location, right on the main street yet very quiet and hidden between trees. We had a room in the top building with jacuzzi bath on the balcony. The view was stunning!! The room was comfortable, very big bathroom. Everyday cleaning with fresh towels and water. This building is up a steep road but you can get a lift from reception with their electric cars, we never had to wait longer than 5 min. Staff was always very helpful!! Infinite pools is amazing, with a small bar. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely book again!

A beautifully presented hotel, right in the middle of town but set far back from the road and very quiet. The grounds were peaceful, 2 pools to choose from and the views from the top pool were stunning. Many great restaurants, and the beach, only a few minutes walk. We were booked to stay 3 nights and ended up extending to 12 nights. Would definitely stay again

We enjoyed the infinity pool overlooking the islands & ocean, also the view from our hotel room (we had the highest room with a jacuzzi on the balcony). Amazing waking up with such a spectacular view. The location was in a PRIME spot, walking distance to everything with great restaurant options nearby.
